The overarching aim of the service is to provide specialist Counselling and Support services to survivors of trauma and/ or abuse, working with clients to improve their quality of life, build confidence and self-esteem and reduce harm.

The overall objective of the service is to work with clients to build resilience, improve wellbeing, self-esteem, confidence and self-actualisation via the delivery of appropriately and timely personalised Counselling. To support clients to help them achieve their maximum potential, quality of life and prepare for the future. Support should be tailored towards the needs of the individual, and the circumstances that prevail at any given period of time.

The provider will be required to demonstrate positive outcomes for client’s who have experienced domestic abuse.
