Explanation:
Extension of NHS Scotland's Software Reseller framework for a period of 7 months using regulation 72(1)(c). The new framework end date will be 31 Jan 2023. The re-procurement exercise for this framework is currently underway, with the Contract Notice due to be published imminently. Further time than originally anticipated is required to complete the procurement strategy, therefore procurement timelines have been extended. Full detail of re-procurement timelines will be contained within the upcoming Contract Notice. A seven-month framework extension is required to ensure there is no gap in framework coverage while the re-procurement process is ongoing.
