The LCRCA are looking to establish a single party framework for the provision of Winter forecasting Services. The service to be provided through this framework will enable the contracting authorities to effectively manage and deploy their winter gritting services when required. The framework is being procured by the LCRCA / Merseytravel on behalf of the collaboration of the seven local authorities listed below:
• Halton Council
• Knowsley Council
• Liverpool City Council
• Sefton Council
• St Helens Council
• Warrington Council
• Wirral Council
