The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The Supplier shall provide all the precious metals required to fabricate the winning designs in the required quantities, unless the OC secures the provision of the precious metals via a separate sponsorship agreement. If this is the case, the budget will be reduced accordingly. The OC will confirm its position on precious metals upon contract award.
