The vision for the programme is to give decision makers a forensic and independent analysis of the service to residents to enable us to make informed decisions that will improve outcomes for residents as well as provide value for money.The Contract may be extended by up to 18 months at the Council’s discretion to include Phase two of the Project (Implementation). Any extension will be based on a share of any savings achieved.
