Norfolk County Council is seeking a Strategic partner to work with Adult Social Care Front Door and Preventative services through a programme of transformational change focused on the front door and prevention that is sustainable and accountable. The vision for the programme is to give decision makers a forensic and independent analysis of the service to residents to enable us to make informed decisions that will improve outcomes for residents as well as provide value for money.

Norfolk County Council is seeking a Strategic partner to work with Adult Social Care Front Door and Preventative services through a programme of transformational change focused on the front door and prevention that is sustainable and accountable. The vision for the programme is to give decision makers a forensic and independent analysis of the service to residents to enable us to make informed decisions that will improve outcomes for residents as well as provide value for money.The Contract may be extended by up to 18 months at the Council’s discretion to include Phase two of the Project (Implementation). Any extension will be based on a share of any savings achieved.
