two.1.4) Short description
This tender is for equipment to enable the capture, purification, compression, and storage of hydrogen rich gas from process equipment or hydrogen generation equipment, and feed-in of this to the existing hydrogen delivery network at the Institute to demonstrate industrial uses. It should include technology recommendations, design, supply, install and commission capable of supporting the Institute's project requirements. The tender will be split into two Lots:
Lot1 - gas conditioning unit
The Institute is developing or assessing different methods to produce green hydrogen. It is expected that different processes will produce gas mixtures containing hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and moisture or hydrogen, nitrogen, and ammonia. The gas streams may also contain some fine particulate. Tenders are invited to provide turnkey gas conditioning unit prior to the compression and storage of the collected gases.
Lot2 - Compression unit
The system will require a compressor capable of compressing dry gases: pure and mixed hydrogen, CO, CO2, NH3 prior to their storage. The suction pressure is from 1 to 5 bars and the delivered pressure up to 300 bars.
All and every service and utility needed to fully run the enhanced pilot must be identified within the bid, and typical floor space required for adequate installation and operation. Please give the exact requirements of the following elements plus any other relevant services:
Equipment electrical rating and loadings
Gas requirements, which gas(es) and typical run quantities
