NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) (the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at The Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham.
The service commencement date is 1 June 2024.
The contract will be for a duration of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years. This procurement has a financial threshold / maximum budget available of £17, 881 , 935. No bids over this will be accepted. Any bids over this value will be disqualified.
Please note the deadline for submissions is Midday on Tuesday 26th March 2024.

The Windmill Practice is a member of the Nottingham City East Primary Care Network. The practice has approximately 10,832 (raw list size) registered patients as of October 2023. The list size has slightly grown over a period of 18 months. The immediate areas of the practice boundary have high index of multiple deprivation and tend to experience the most health inequalities.
