NHS Arden Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGSCU) on behalf of NHS England Health and Justice Children and Young People Central Team (the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to manage a Clinical Network for the sites that NHS England commissions within the children and young people secure estate.
The ‘Managed Clinical Advisory Group’, will function as a specific child health group; a sub group of the main Health and Justice Clinical Reference Group.
Please note the deadline for ITT submissions is Midday on Friday 15th March 2024.
The contract length is 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The estimated total value of this opportunity is £370,800.
The Service to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, (the "Regulations"). The Service is under Schedule 3 threshold. As such, the Contracting Authority does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, or those applicable to Schedule 3 Services.
