Ofwat is procuring a Delivery Partner to assist us in meeting the resourcing requirement for the in-period Outcome Delivery Incentive (ODI) process. ODIs are the incentives that are used to focus company performance on delivering outcomes.

By Delivery Partner we mean a flexible, efficient resourcing solution that is capable of adapting to and responding to changing requirements throughout the period of the contract and, critically, an arrangement that is able to successfully integrate the supply of additional resource into our internal delivery effort.

The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise. All suppliers who wish to participate in this opportunity must read the ITT/Specification document and submit a tender by the closing time and date. Tenders not submitted via the myTenders Portal may not be considered.

Any contracts awarded will be on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.

The Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept any tender and reserves the right to accept any part of the tender unless the tenderer expressly stipulates to the contrary.
