Single supplier - technical reasons
Single Source contracting through the extant contractor VFE based on technical grounds.
(1) DO and de facto Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service provision is already accepted and supplied under the existing contract without the requirement to conduct any technical investigations.
(2) It will enable the acceleration of project timelines enabling the project to meet the contract requirement.
