In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust no longer intend to continue with the competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice despatched on 27/01/2021 under reference 2021/S 000-001648 for the above contract.For avoidance of doubt the contracting authorities named in sections I.1) and I.2) will not be awarding any contracts under this tender procedure.
