The service is staffed by experienced workers who can offer around 45 minutes of emotional support and help with signposting to other support services.

The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime.
The service is a free, face-to-face mental health crisis support service for 11–17 year-olds in Leeds. The purpose of the service is to enhance the support currently available to the children and young people of Leeds who are experiencing a (self-defined) crisis.
Total Value - £305,841
Contract Term – 1st April 2025 – 31st March 2027 with option to extend for 1 year until 31st March 2028
