Wiltshire Council's (the Authority) requirement for the provision of an independent Advocacy Service to support adults with Advocacy requirements as detailed at clauses 18, 19 and 20 (the Contract).

The Supplier shall deliver the Services in accordance with the requirements set out in this Schedule 2 (Specification).

In this Specification, the words and expressions used shall have the meanings set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions, of the Conditions of Contract).

The Authority has a responsibility to ensure that Advocacy Services commissioned meets the council’s statutory responsibilities and supports the strategic priorities for residents, as set out in Wiltshire Council’s Business Plan (2022-2032).
