Mini Competition under the Human Machine Teaming Framework (Ref. 702953450)

The winning LOT 4.2 supplier, or ‘Service Provider’ would initially be expected to deliver the following activity within a 12-month period, listed, but not limited to, below:

• Support the Integration as a Service team with the relevant data structures, APIs, persistence, and access control, sufficient to enable the integration of a minimum of 25 x RAS Systems (types) per 12-month period, with stretch target of 35 x RAS Systems. For scoping, initially estimated at:

o Support the integration of up to 15 x UAS Systems (different systems/OEMs).

o Support the integration of up to 15 x UGV Systems (different systems/OEMs).

o Support the integration inclusive of ATAK, BMA, DSA against mutually agreed priority list.

• Support regular in-person meetings, training events and workshops in UK locations. (For framing, once per fortnight, min 2 x personnel).

• Support to the definition of scope and scale of future activity within the HMT Project with Authority, HMT Integrator as a Service.

• Agile approach to managing product backlog, reacting to changing requirements and priorities of the HMT project based on experimentational findings/activity.

• Capture sufficient Travel & Subsistence costs for UK and international travel with HMT project. (For framing, in addition to the meeting/workshops above, capture for an example of 4 x personnel completing a week of trans-Atlantic travel twice within 12-month period.)

• Specifically defined SQEP requirements for the HMT team would be at a minimum:

o Full Time Project Manager/Stakeholder Manager/Product Owner for duration of contract.

o Full Time Technical Lead for duration of contract.
