The UKNNL is planning to submit a grant application to UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) under the Responsive Mode. UKNNL requires consultancy support to deliver the project if the EPSRC grant application will be successful. Due to the nature and complexity of the project it is essential to collaborate with partner that has experience with the Apollo Protocol for digital twin development which were developed in collaboration with the Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB).

The successful organisation will facilitate, attend, and contribute to regular stakeholder meetings throughout the project, with technical meetings held either in person at their premises or via Microsoft Teams.
