North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England North East and Yorkshire (Yorkshire and Humber) (the Contracting Authority) who are conducting Request for Information (RFI) exercises to engage with the market in order to inform the further developments of draft proposals for the future service delivery of the following planned future procurements:

NHSE255 Primary Care Services - Medical and Nursing and Integrated Substance Misuse Services (SMS)

NHSE936 Integrated Mental Health including Learning Disabilities and Autism (MH & LDA) Services

The Contracting Authority is interested to hear from providers who could deliver services for HM Prison Full Sutton (existing building facility) and HM Prison Full Sutton2 (new building facility), both of which are located at Moor Lane, Stamford Bridge, York, Yorkshire, YO41 1PS.

Providers will be able to select the appropriate RFI for the service(s) they wish to respond to.

It is to be noted that each of the service provisions will be tendered for separately and may or may not be divided into Lots, subject to the information gathered in this RFI exercise.
