The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award.

The contract will be awarded by NHS South West London ICB (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C for the following services: Community Healthcare services

Due to the current provider currently meeting all contractual requirements to a satisfactory level, it is the intention of the authority to enter into contract for the period of 01/04/2026 and end 31/03/2027 with a contract term of 1 year, with no option to extend.

The lifetime Value of the contract is £1,603,840 (per annum).

The key criteria were used by SWL ICB to assess the providers ability to continue to deliver the service for one year from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027, the services provided are necessary to meet the needs of the population of Wandsworth by delivering community based podiatry services to the residents of Wandsworth and those registered with a Wandsworth GP practice. The provider has maintained the levels of quality and performance as indicated in the service specifications and we are confident they will continue to do so. The Provider has been assessed on their ability to deliver services as listed in section II.1.4. The provider has maintained a level of performance in Key criteria 1, 2 and 4 by ensuring equality of access to patients, flexible appt times and varied locations. They have integrated with system partners as required in Key Criteria 3 and has a progressive approach to delivering Key Criteria 5

Award decision makers: SWL ICB CaPG Members were consulted regarding the options appraisal for the service.

No Conflicts of interest have been identified among Cora Health Ltd or SWL ICB Members.

The criteria for evaluation for Potential Service Performance had the following weighting :

Quality and Innovation: 30%;

Value for Money: 20%;

Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability: 20%; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice: 20%;

Social Value: 10%

The criteria were applied with their respective weightings as specified.

Current Performance: Assessed against Pass/Fail thresholds of overall score above.
