Nottingham City Council (the 'Council') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for inclusion on a Single Supplier framework for the provision of services for Nottingham City Council.
Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 Council’s have a duty to manage the asbestos contained within their buildings.
In order to successfully carry out its roles and responsibilities the Client requires the appointed contractor to:
1.1 Undertake Asbestos Surveys and associated services
1.2.Undertake ACM sampling and arrange for analysis
1.3 Write and submit reports on the location, type and condition of any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).
This framework may also be accessed, on occasion, by Ashfield District Council, Bassetlaw District Council, Charnwood Borough Council and Mansfield District Council.
