two.2.14) Additional information

Contract Amendment 1 - This amendment was issued as a result of unforeseen circumstances posed by the Covid 19 Pandemic. Contract Amendment 2 dated 24/09/2020 extended the contract term by 2 months at no additional cost until 30 November 2020 to allow sufficient time to finalise the requirements for CA 3.

Contract Amendment 3 extended the end date of the contract to 25 October 2021 and added 8,000,000 GBP to the financial limit. This additional funding was required to continue provision of primary health care at this critical time until a planned long term intervention entered service delivery. Unfortunately due to the continuation of the Pandemic and other factors out with FCDO's control, further delays ensued. Consequently a further final 6 month extension is required.
