The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Scaffolding and Associated Services (2025) provide a broad range of scaffolding, temporary access, mobile platform and associated services to support ENP Member/Licensees.
This DPS is principally for social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings. The scope may also extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP Members/Licensees.
Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.
A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
