The procurement requirement is for Laboratory Equipment, Year 3 (both the purchase of, installation, warranties, annual maintenance service and training). Therefore all aspects for this procurement must be provided from within country (Dubai).

The requirement is to equip Science and Engineering Labs with industry-standard vocational and technical training aids that include simulation systems, demonstration and instrumentational equipment.

The overreaching project vision is to source and provide the necessary equipment from approved supplier, in line with academics teaching and training requirements that can deliver quality, robust, value for money equipment and provide a first class delivery, installation and warranted service to the highest standards. All the kit requirements are specialist, bespoke sets of Laboratory equipment pieces. • The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
    • protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights
