The Community Equipment Service is looking to procure operational software which will interface with all areas of the service and is integral to the good and efficient running of the service. This system is business critical and all aspects of the service would be affected without the system being fully operational.

Examples of the system’s use will be:

• Equipment ordering portal for prescribers (Occupational Therapists, District Nurses and Tissue Viability Nurses)

• Client record management

• P2P system for purchasing community equipment

• Asset management system

• Logistics planning

• Preventative Maintenance planning

• Financial reporting and billing to our commercial partners
