KBS Maritime are looking to engage a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) specialist to develop and deploy a site-wide SCADA System at HMNB Portsmouth. The tenderer shall have a proven track record of delivering SCADA systems on large-scale, Critical National Infrastructure sites and have in-house expertise on cyber security, modern network architecture design, specification and manufacture of required hardware and provision to supply on-going maintenance support. The system shall be based upon IEC61850 protocols and be capable of supporting GOOSE messaging, Intelligent Fast Load Shedding, Automatic Network Reconfiguration and providing Power Management System functionality. The specialist shall also need to be familiar with the MOD Secure by Design principles.
