Rural Stirling Housing Association wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with multiple organisations/suppliers who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Development Services. The Framework for Development Services will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for a single 1 year period solely at the Association's discretion.
