East Lothian Council is seeking a delivery partner to work with us to generate renewable energy on the Carberry Former Landfill Site near Musselburgh. The intention is that the Council will purchase the energy generated and will offer a lease for the site as part payment for the energy, although we are interested in alternative approaches that may be proposed.
