This modification is for the provision of additional licences.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

The Contracting Authority will be replying on Regulation 72(1)(b) this is on the basis that additional licences which were not considered necessary at the time of procurement, are now required due to an increasing number of projects which require support for image anonymisation and classification of point clouds. This will ensure continued optimum data capture for the remainder of the term of the contract, without any income loss for LPS and with full GDPR compliance.
