Thames Valley Police require electrical installation services for our ANPR camera estate across the Thames valley region (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire) and the counties of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We require the supplier To arrange for all civil works as required for the proposed solution. To include contacting the Highways Agency, local Councils and the customer local electricity supply company. It is mandatory that suppliers who register an interest have Highways accreditation and have qualified electricians who are Competent in electrical installation. All electrical personal and sub-contract personal will be required to undertake national police vetting to level 2.

Before the Supplier commences court proceedings or arbitration, it shall serve written notice on the Authority of its intentions and the Authority shall have fifteen (15) Working Days following receipt of such notice to serve a reply (a Counter Notice) on the Supplier requiring the Dispute to be referred to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with paragraph 6.4 or be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in accordance with Governing law and Jurisdiction clauses of this Agreement. The Supplier shall not commence any court proceedings or arbitration until the expiry of such fifteen (15) Working Day period.
