two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Children's Services within East Lothian Council require a service provider to provide residential care and support in East Lothian for a looked after young person with complex needs. The service provider will be able to provide the service flexibly, in terms of staff ratios required and also the young person's education provision, to meet the outcomes of the young person's care plan in an existing, specially adapted, property. The provision will be capable of supporting one further young person where deemed appropriate and suitable by the Council.
