two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Black Country collaborative (both primary and secondary care) seeks to commission a new digital platform solution to support the delivery of a patient-centred model, to deliver multi-disciplinary and collaborative health services. The system should be agile and have the flexibility to respond to evolving technology and operational requirements as these emerge.

The platform will provide the interface between patients and clinicians with the ability to enable remote monitoring.

The Contract ownership shall be with the Acute Trusts within the collaborative; with use in patients own homes and potentially care homes, with the ability for staff to work in a agile way (e.g. work from their vehicles).

The collaborative are looking hold a Trust virtual 'Open Day' to expand upon the scope of the potential requirement(s), providing an insight into what may be required within the Tender (when released) and support suppliers in potential further development of their solution(s). This session will take place via Teams on Friday 28th February 2025 between 1pm and 2pm.
