Maintenance of all elements (columns, lanterns, cabling, control pillars) making up a street lighting network on an adopted public road. C. Periodic electrical inspection and testing on a street lighting network on an adopted public road D. Managing the delivery of street lighting works in accordance with the National Highway Sector Scheme for Scheme 8 E. Live working on a Distribution Network Operator’s (DNO) network. F. The Contracting Authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are Small or Medium Enterprises. (SMEs). The evaluation of submissions (PQQPs or TPs) will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract. will be awarded on the basis stated in II.2.5).
