Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and DPS agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts , Education Providers and Emergency Services.

Efficiency East Midlands ( EEM Ltd) is releasing this prior information notice to inform the market of our intention to go out to tender during May 2021 to procure a Door Entry, Access Control System and CCTV Systems Framework. The framework will replace our existing framework that is due to expire during September 2021.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) are in the early stages of preparation for going out to tender to procure a Door Entry, Access Control System and CCTV Systems Framework.

The framework will include servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations of Door Entry and Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Roller Shutters and Barriers and Warden Call Systems.

Low and high rise door entry and access control systems will be covered by the framework and services will be carried out in a range of property types not limited to; domestic properties, commercial properties , blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, communal buildings, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation, schools, universities and depots and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership.

The framework will be split into lots and geographical sublots, the lot structure has not yet been agreed but will be made clear within the tender documents.

At this stage we do not have any further information to share and the tender documents are not available.
