The Council are undertaking a supplier engagement day on Monday 4th March at 10:00 to raise market awareness and interest for this forthcoming opportunity.
The event will be a presentation hosted at Hampshire County Council Offices, The Castle, Winchester SO23 8UJ. Contractors should register their interest via the Council e-tendering portal - Intend and use the correspondence function on Intend to advise of the names and positions of the delegates they will be sending on the day. The Council will guarantee Contractors up to two delegates a place at the presentation. Contractors can request additional delegates to attend, and the Council will decide based on availability of space following request from all Contractors.
The event will review the scope of the new framework and inform interested contractors of modifications being sought to the lotting structure and award process. The Council will provide a general overview of the bid process and current procurement timeframes.
To assist the Council with the re-procurement of the new Cleaning Services contract, a question-and-answer workshop will be included in the supplier day for contractors to provide feedback in respect of changing the evaluation criteria, consideration for lotting and award structure.
Any general clarifications arising from will be posted via Intend clarifications.
The Council will review any information shared which is deemed commercially sensitive with the concerned supplier. Any information deemed commercially sensitive will not be shared via clarification.

Hampshire County Council (HCC) and other contracting authorities jointly require the provision of comprehensive cleaning services across their estates. The estates currently comprise in the region of 115 front line operational, public service and back-office sites, with mixed levels of open and restricted access under the control of HCC. Hampshire Cultural Trust will also have access to this service. The approximate length of the service required will be 3 years (To be confirmed)
