two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The council of the borough of Kirklees (the "'Council'"), are seeking to procure a Service Provider with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service (the 'Service'). Like all Local Authorities, Kirklees has a duty under the Environment Protection Act 1990 to collect and kennel strays dogs for a minimum of 7 clear calendar days. The primary scope of the service provision is to provide a complete service from start to end.
