The Aerial Survey team of Historic England would like to lease an aircraft in order to undertake 90 hours of flying per year for the purposes of taking oblique and vertical aerial photographs. The aircraft must be based in a hangar at a licensed airfield between Leeds and York without hinderance from fixed commercial schedules. The airfield must also have hard runways.
