Description
The objective of this framework is to provide NHS Organisations with decontamination tracking and traceability management systems, along with consumables and support services. Suppliers can also supply all associated hardware, if required.
A decontamination tracking and traceability management system is used by hospitals during the decontamination, high-level disinfection, and sterilization of instruments, endoscopes, and flexi scopes. The system supports the seamless decontamination, sterilisation, tracking, and tracing of all instruments, endoscopes, or devices through the decontamination facility and process, ensuring they are safely returned for use.
