This will supplement in-house Highway Maintenance Gang resources during periods when the NY Highways Ltd faces additional demand.
NY Highways is a wholly-owned subsidiary of North Yorkshire County Council. NY Highways will commence operations as North Yorkshire County Council's Highways Maintenance Contractor from 1st June 2021.

This framework is to provide highway maintenance gangs, comprising labour, vehicle, and appropriate plant and equipment, in order to work independently on highway maintenance tasks. The framework contains 4 lots based on geographical location. Each lot will have a maximum of 3 suppliers. Suppliers may bid for one or more lots. There is no limit to the number of lots a supplier can be awarded to.
