Lot One - to supply cleaning services to Hall Green School, Southam Rd, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 0AA. Hall Green is a mixed secondary school with a student population of circa 900 pupils aged 11 to 16 years. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from 27th October 2025 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. The Client values the personnel employed to deliver their services, and by tendering the cleaning contract are seeking to reset expectations for the cleaning provision, improve staff morale and consolidate consistent cleaning standards across Client.
