NHS England - Midlands will be tendering for an Integrated Healthcare Service for multiple secure estates across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire.

A Market Engagement Event has been scheduled to take place on Thursday 16th March 2023 via Microsoft Teams. There will also be an opportunity for a 1:1 session with the commissioners.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS England – Midlands is looking to gauge the potential market interest for providing Integrated Healthcare services at Lincolnshire Cluster - HMP YOI Lincoln, HMP North Sea Camp, HMP Morton Hall, Swinderby Short-Term Holding Facility. Nottinghamshire Cluster - HMP YOI Nottingham, HMP Ranby, HMP Lowdham Grange and HMP Whatton and Hereford and Worcestershire Cluster - HMP Hewell and HMP Long Lartin. The lotting strategy will be confirmed following the market engagement event.

The proposed contract is for an initial term of 7 years with an extension of up to 2 years (i.e. 7+2 = 9) commencing on 1st April 2023. However, please note the contract term will be subject to final approval by the commissioner.

The aim of the market engagement exercise is to inform potential providers of the opportunity and to assist the commissioner in deciding on the most appropriate strategy for the future procurement.

The market engagement event is planned for the morning of the Thursday 16th March 2023 with 1:1 sessions in the afternoon of the 16th and 17th March 2023 (times tbc). Organisations who wish to attend the Market engagement event and/or a 1:1 session must complete and submit the questionnaire by 12 noon on 14th March. Please note that no more than three individuals per organisation can attend the event. Microsoft Teams invitations will be sent after the closing date.
