This Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) is to inform the market that Merseytravel is planning to conduct a market engagement exercise in respect of its Corporate Security Solution. The market engagement exercise consists of a request for information (RFI) document published on the Chest portal to seek input from the market to enable Merseytravel to understand the possible solutions available as we aim to transition towards a future-proof, integrated security architecture that supports both current operational needs and our strategic goals.

Responses should be submitted to Merseytravel via the Chest portal only by 11am on 14 March 2025 at the latest.
Parties should note that this PIN does not constitute a call for competition, and a decision whether or not to proceed past Market Engagement has not been made.
Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this PIN and a response to this PIN does not guarantee any invitation to participate in this event or any future procurement.
Interested parties shall be responsible for their own costs incurred in connection with this market engagement exercise.
