The University of Essex is seeking an external partner for delivery of its student counselling service. All registered students across three campuses are eligible to access counselling and sessions will be delivered in person or remotely by video or telephone, as aligned to the needs of the student. The service will tailor session numbers to the presenting needs of the student while retaining a short-term counselling model and the context of a university-based service. Submissions are welcome from suppliers who have experience of delivering counselling services at scale, particularly in the higher education sector, and can demonstrate an understanding of the needs of diverse groups of students.
