Coventry University Group (CUG) is seeking a supplier of white goods for its Midlands and Regional campuses.
There are 2 lots within this tender:
Lot 1: Covers the supply, delivery, and servicing of white goods for CUG's West Midlands campuses. Suppliers must provide reliable and efficient service to meet CUG's operational needs. The successful supplier must demonstrate their ability to support rapid response times, maintain sufficient stock levels, and operate a local servicing infrastructure. The specification document outlines further details on service requirements and response expectations.
Lot 2: Covers the supply, delivery, and servicing of white goods for CUG's national campuses, including but not limited to Scarborough and London sites. Orders will be placed on a reactive basis, with no guaranteed minimum volume.
This will include stocked supplies covered within the Coventry University Estates Store and ad-hoc items purchased for reactive maintenance and catering across the Group. Please refer to Appendix D - Basket of Goods for the stocked supplies.
CUG will accept individual bids for one or both lots, but this must be clearly specified in the return.
The Agreement will be awarded for a duration of two years, with an option to extend the term of the Agreement for one (1) year and a further one (1) year period for a total potential contract term of 4 years.
