This Qualification System has been established to provide the opportunity for suppliers/contractors/consultants (hereafter known as suppliers) to express their interest in providing goods, services, works and professional services to any of the named companies in this Notice, and their subsidiaries.
The Qualification System may be used for the selection of suppliers to participate in procurement procedures regulated by the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. There is no guarantee of tendering opportunities nor of the volumes or value of contracts being awarded via the Qualification System.
The companies listed in this Notice will not be liable for the suppliers costs of responding to this Notice or to any subsequent pre-qualification or tender document, or other stages of any procurement process.
It is not permitted to have duplicate organisation registrations within the portal used for the Qualification System. To check whether your organisation is already registered, please email eprocurement@ytlgroup.co.uk
Suppliers who are already registered on the Qualification System are able to update their own details at any time and are responsible for managing the appropriate access for other users within their organisation and are encouraged to ensure this information is regularly reviewed and maintained.
The Qualification System may also be used for below threshold procurement activity. The companies detailed within this Notice may also make separate calls for competition outside of the Qualification System.

Where required by the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, we will incorporate a standstill period at the point the information on the award of the contract is notified to tenderers.
That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period will be for a minimum of ten calendar days, which provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the framework agreement or contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016 No 274) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England and Wales).
