This Trade Contract Work shall comprise the planning, sequencing, management, Sub-Contractor Design including , coordination, project specific method statements, technical submittals, surveys, risk assessments, procurement, supply, delivery, offloading, distribution, setting out, installing, integrating of specialists Trade Contract designs, monitoring, and handover of the complete Polished Concrete flooring work including, but not limited to:

• Floating polished concrete screed

• Floating heavy duty screed

• Void former, DPM layers

• Levelling screed

• Acoustic layers

• Forming of floor boxes

• Access hatches incl support steels

• Forming steps in stairs

• Stair tread infills

• Angles and trims

• Polished screed precast panels

• Reinforcement

• Movement Joints
