The University of Sheffield (UoS) with funding from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is establishing a shock tube laboratory as part of its brand-new Translational Energy Research Centre (TERC). The intention of the shock tube is to study high-pressure chemical kinetics of combustion reactions using various diagnostic equipment. The shock tube will be used to study high-pressure and high-temperature chemical kinetics of hydrogen and methane combustion, before moving onto syngas and larger hydrocarbons. The tube will focus on high-pressure combustion applications, such as the Allam-Fetvedt cycle, diesel engine and scram-jet combustion

Section seven. Changes

seven.1) Information to be changed or added

seven.2) Other additional information

Section II.2.13 asks the following question:

The procurement is related to a project and/or programme financed by European Union funds:

The answer shown on my notice is NO, however when completing the form the template didn't provide an option to complete this field, because the correct answer should be YES, as the purchase is being funded by ERDF.

If this field was shown in grey text & therefore not visible on the public notice that would be fine, however it is in black text meaning that I assume this field is visible to all.
