Reason for not signing contract
Abandonment of procurement due to incomplete tender submissions due to process and e-tendering portal system issues, which was through no fault of the bidders.
It was decided we would relaunch the tender ensuring that all documents and processes were corrected and the system was able to allow bidders to access the PSQ electronically.
