North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College & The Midland Academies Trust require a Supplier(s) to undertake Grounds Maintenance Services that meet the specification outlined in the Invitation to Tender and in accordance with horticultural best practice.
The contract will be split into two (2) Lots:
- Lot 1: Grounds Maintenance services at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College
- Lot 2: Grounds Maintenance services at The Midland Academies Trust
The award of the contract could be split between two Suppliers and therefore tenderers should make clear which Lot(s) are being tendered for. Suppliers can bid for one or both Lots. The initial contract will be for a period of 3 years with scope for extensions of 2 x 1-year periods each, but in any case, the total duration of any extensions shall not exceed 24 months from the last day of the initial contract period.
