two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Renfrewshire Council is seeking an Environment and Infrastructure Asset Management System which:
1. Can provide an asset management system to manage Roads, Grounds Maintenance and other associated operational environmental and infrastructure assets.
2. Has an asset management system as the single point of contact for all service issues.
3. Can manage Asset data associated with Roads, Lighting, Structures, Grounds Maintenance and Cemeteries.
4. Is cloud based.
5. Can be fully integrated to include modules or be able to FULLY interface via API with other systems for:
- Network creation/maintenance of:
i. Network types
ii. Network road elements including all attributes
iii. Holds full road network type inventory
iv. Inspection groups
v. Groups of Inspection groups
vi. Bulk network updates
- Create and maintain Assets:
i. Create Asset types
ii. Assets on a Route
iii. Recording all details of asset
iv. Plotting location of asset on network
v. Create Inspections and defects on network on map
vi. Provide status updates of asset and defects
vii. Creation of defect direct from Enquiry screen
viii. Carry out inspections, raise defects and create and maintain works schedules and instructions
ix. Include the ability to load photographs directly
- Workload management and scheduling
i. Allocate and assign tasks to officers
ii. Account for staff absence and subsequent reallocation of tasks
