arc21 is procuring, in two Lots, the provision of services relating to the loading, haulage and transfer of residual municipal, co-mingled dry recyclable, organic, street sweeping and bulky waste from transfer stations nominated by the Authority to Delivery Point(s) specified by the Authority. Lot 1 predominantly incorporates the residual municipal, co-mingled dry recyclable, organic, street sweeping and bulky waste from Ards and North Down Borough Council with an estimated annual tonnage of 47,300 tonnes. Lot 2 predominantly incorporates the residual municipal, organic, street sweeping and bulky waste from Mid and East Antrim Borough Council with an estimated annual tonnage of 15,700 tonnes. Options to extend are detailed in the procurement documents. The appointed Contractor(s) will also be responsible for collating and reporting data and reporting performance relevant to the Contract.
