The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:

Bidders are only eligible to be awarded to one (1) Patch locality.

Where the Council receives fewer than three (3) bids for an individual locality, the Council reserves the right to either:

i) Award a second Patch to the highest overall scoring tenderer; or,

ii) Not award a Patch Provider, utilising the Domiciliary Care Framework; or,

iii) Not award a Patch Provider, and consider the retendering of this service element.

The Council is not considering any bids from any Bidder that has not been registered with the CQC, has not yet been visited by the CQC, is not currently rated, or has a CQC rating of 'Requires Improvement' or 'Inadequate'.
