A new MOP Services Framework is being established to:• Enable direct award of MOP and DC services for Non-Half Hourly AMR meters• Support the smart meter transition under the Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Programme• Include sub-metering and gas data logging services• Provide flexibility for customers to appoint their preferred providers• Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023
